YXK - III Torquemaster

YXK - III Torquemaster is an extremely robust and self contained free standing make/break machine. The unit allows the operator to apply a torque to a connection without damaging side load - guarantee accurate connection and easy, fast servicing of drilling tools and motors. The unit consists of a breakout bed with a stand alone control console.

YXK-III Torquemaster consists of a fixed headstock and a moveable tailstock; each consisting of four radially arranged clamping cylinders. The hydraulic system moves the cylinders in unison to positively center the work piece. The gripping force is in direct proportion to the applied torque, preventing damage to thin walled components.

The control console has the only electrical connections required to operate the breakout. This stand alone control console allows maximum flexibility of unit placement for ease of use and safety.
