COMPONENT DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION: We are always willing to create new and innovative products for specialized applications. With a team of experienced and inventive engineers, advanced modeling software and state of the art manufacturing facility, customized designs can become a reality.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE: We have a state-of-the-art motor facility with highly trained and experienced technicians for servicing the drilling motors. Sniper rental motors are completely disassembled after every run. All threaded connections are NDT inspected and all motor parts are cleaned and inspected for wear or damage. With IAE’s stringent PREVENT MAINTENANCE (PM) program, all rotors and stators are measured to ascertain wear and hours on them. All parts are tracked so that each parts can be replaced when they have approached their useful life.

RELINING: Stators are religned using state of the art rubber injection equipment and procedures with the highest quality materials available. Sniper maintains a sufficient inventory of new stators to prevent costly lost time waiting for religns.
